Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard regulatory requirement — it protects both your funds and our platform from misuse. To complete KYC, upload the following documents from your account’s Verification section:
- Proof of Identity: passport, national ID card or driving licence (valid, not expired)
- Proof of Address: utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter dated within 3 months
- Payment Method Verification: photo of your card (last 4 digits and name visible, middle digits covered) or a screenshot of your e-wallet or crypto wallet
Most KYC checks complete within 1 business hour during working hours. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours. Once verified, your account stays approved — repeat documents are only requested if your details change or during enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-value activity.
Withdrawal Processing
Once your account is verified, withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within a few hours on working days. Approved amounts then move through the payment processor’s own clearance time as shown in the table above. To request a withdrawal, go to Account > Cashier > Withdraw, select your method and enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is £10. There is no maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts — weekly limits apply per loyalty tier.
Elite Spin does not charge processing fees. Some card networks apply a small cross-border fee for non-GBP cards; check with your issuer if applicable.
