1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elite Spin website and all associated services (“the Platform”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Elite Spin is a licensed and regulated online casino. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or an in-site notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You may only register and use Elite Spin if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher
• Are not a resident of a Restricted Territory (see Section 14)
• Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion from any gambling operator that covers our Platform
• Are opening an account for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of a third party
• Are not an employee, contractor or close associate of Elite Spin or its affiliated companies

3. Account Registration

You may hold only one account on Elite Spin. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances voided. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. We reserve the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Providing false information is a serious breach that may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Elite Spin will never ask for your password by any channel. Any activity carried out under your credentials before you report a compromise to us is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately and we will freeze the account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is £20. The minimum withdrawal is £10. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to deposit where technically possible. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks before processing withdrawals over £2,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is subject to the timeframes published on our Banking page. Elite Spin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification or an active EDD review.

6. Bonus Policy

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Maximum bet while an active bonus is in play: £5 per spin or per hand
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; uncompleted wagering results in the bonus balance expiring
• Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time
• Bonus funds are used before real cash funds when a balance mix is present
• Winnings from bonus play are capped as stated in individual offer terms
• Players who abuse the bonus system (including collusion, arbitrage betting or exploiting software errors) will have bonuses voided and may have their account closed
• Players from Sweden, Poland and Finland are ineligible for all bonus offers

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of results for any individual session. Game rules are accessible within each game’s interface before any bet is placed. We do not accept responsibility for game malfunctions caused by client-side software errors or network interruptions; where a technical fault on our server side causes an error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with games or the site
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities (any such exploitation must be reported to us immediately)
• Collusion with other players or casino staff
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML regulations
• Providing false or stolen personal or payment information
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory by use of a VPN or proxy

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, game assets, software and data — is the property of Elite Spin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to our data-processing practices as described therein.

12. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Spin’s liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of profits; loss of data; loss arising from third-party network or payment-provider failures; or loss arising from Force Majeure events.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance (live chat or [email protected]). We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body under our licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request.

14. Restricted Territories

Elite Spin does not accept players from the following countries, and accounts registered from these territories will be suspended: United States, United Kingdom (UKGC-regulated activity), Australia, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (regulated), Italy (regulated), Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Finland, and any other territory where online gambling is prohibited by local law. This list is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws before registering. Use of a VPN to circumvent geo-restrictions is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elite Spin is licensed. Any dispute not resolved by the internal complaints process or ADR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
