Responsible Gaming
Tools to keep your play in check — deposit limits, self-exclusion and links to free UK support services.
Our Commitment to Responsible Play
Elite Spin is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be a source of income or a way to manage financial difficulties. We provide a comprehensive set of tools that give you direct control over your activity, and we take these tools seriously: once set, limits are applied immediately and cooling-off periods are enforced without exception.
If you think your gambling might be causing problems, or if someone close to you has expressed concern, please use the tools below or contact one of the independent support organisations listed on this page.
Available Self-Management Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies — to decrease a limit, the change is instant.
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain over a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period. When your limit is reached, you cannot place further real-money bets until the period resets.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or custom). A reminder is shown when you approach your limit; the session closes automatically when it expires.
- Reality Checks: Enable a periodic on-screen notification showing how long you’ve been playing and your net position in the session. Intervals: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from Elite Spin for a minimum of 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion you cannot create a new account or bypass the exclusion — our system blocks re-registration by email and payment method matching. To self-exclude, go to Account > Responsible Gaming or contact live chat for immediate action.
- Take a Break: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Some signs to watch for in yourself or someone you know:
- Spending more than you can afford to lose
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
- Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when not gambling
- Chasing losses — betting more to try to win back money lost
- Gambling interfering with work, relationships or daily responsibilities
If any of these sound familiar, you don’t have to deal with it alone. The following UK organisations offer free, confidential help:
- BeGambleAware.org — Free advice, support and referrals to treatment. Available online and by phone 24/7.
- National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 — Free, confidential helpline run by GamCare. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- GamCare — Provides counselling, support groups and a live chat service for gamblers and their families.
- Gamblers Anonymous — Peer support meetings across the UK based on the 12-step recovery programme.
- GAMSTOP — Free UK national self-exclusion scheme covering thousands of licensed gambling sites.
Under-18 Protection
We have a strict over-18 policy. Anyone found to be under 18 during verification will have their account suspended immediately and any deposits refunded. We use age-verification checks at registration and during KYC. We also support parental-control software providers such as GamCare’s resources for parents.
